Returns & Exchanges

We hope your BATOKI talisman feels like love at first sight. But hey — sometimes the moon is in retrograde, and things don’t align. If that happens, here’s how we make it right:

✧ The Window

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Just email us at hello@batoki.art with your order details and we’ll guide you from there. Easy, breezy.

✧ The Fine Print (but make it cute)

  • Your jewel must come back to us unworn, unused, and in its original box (treat it like a love letter you’re returning).
  • We cannot accept returns on:
    – Custom commissions & personalised pieces
    – Sale styles
    – Earrings (for obvious, hygiene-y reasons)
  • Anything showing wear, damage, or adventures outside our studio won’t qualify for return.

✧ Exchanges

Want to swap for another size or style? Totally possible.

  • You cover shipping, unless the error was ours.
  • Replacement jewels follow our usual production timeline (made with intention, not haste). Need it fast for an occasion? Tell us, and we’ll try our best to make it happen.

✧ Refunds

  • Once your return lands back with us and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund you receive, unless the mistake was ours (wrong/damaged item).

✧ Damaged or Wrong Item

If your jewel arrives broken or incorrect (rare, but Mercury does like to play tricks), send us a photo as soon as you unbox it. We’ll sort a replacement or refund — and yes, we’ll cover the costs.

✧ Our Promise

Every BATOKI comes with a 1-year free warranty — complimentary replating and minor repairs are always on us. Even after the year, we’ll keep caring for your talismans with our plating and repair services. Because we don’t believe in throwaway beauty — we believe in forever magic.

✨ TL;DR: 7 days, unworn, no customs/sale/earrings, you pay return shipping (unless we messed up), refunds go back to your payment mode, 1-year warranty, lifetime after-care.
