BATOKI is owned and operated by Berunda Studio Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, India. All purchases are processed in INR and subject to Indian law.

By accessing our site, browsing, or purchasing, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, it’s best not to use our site.

3. Online Store Terms

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
  • Our jewels are for personal use — not for resale without our written consent.

4. Products & Availability

  • Each BATOKI jewel is crafted in small batches or made to order. Availability may vary.
  • Because our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in form, finish, or texture may occur. These are not defects but part of the natural beauty of artisanal craft.
  • We do our best to display colours and finishes accurately, but screens may differ.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders, Billing & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us if we suspect fraud, misuse, or error.
  • Payment methods accepted: Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (India only).

6. Shipping

  • In-stock items ship within 3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items take 7–10 days before shipping.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within India once dispatched.
  • International shipping: Coming soon.
  • BATOKI is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  • Custom commissions, personalised items, sale pieces, and earrings are final sale.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are returned in their original condition.

8. Warranty & Aftercare

  • Every BATOKI jewel comes with a 1-year free warranty covering replating and minor repairs.
  • After the warranty period, we continue to offer plating and repair services at a fee.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, product images, text, and content on batoki.art are the intellectual property of BATOKI.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • BATOKI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our site or products.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
