Every BATOKI jewel begins its journey in our Mumbai studio — dreamt, carved, cast, and polished with care. ✦ We ship with the same intention we craft with: slowly when needed, swiftly when possible.
✧ Where We Ship
For now, we ship across India — always free of charge. Your talisman’s journey to you is on us.
(International shipping is on our horizon — stay tuned.)
✧ Timelines
We’re a small-batch brand, which means some jewels are ready to fly, while others are made fresh just for you.
- In Stock: Ships within 3 business days of your order.
- Made to Order: If your piece isn’t in stock, it will be crafted in 7–10 days before shipping.
- Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.
If the stars misbehave and your order is delayed, we’ll reach out with updates.
✧ Tracking
Once your talisman is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its path right to your door.
✧ Need It Sooner?
A wedding, a birthday, or just a heart that can’t wait? ✨ Write to us. We’ll try our best to fast-track production or shipping. (Additional charges may apply.)
✧ Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your address and contact details when ordering. If a package bounces back to us due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, reshipping costs will be yours to cover.
✧ Lost Packages
If your order says “delivered” but hasn’t reached you:
- 🕵️ Ask your neighbours, security, or building staff.
- 📍 Check if the courier left it at a local access point.
- 🚥 Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” a day early.
